Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our services! Please read our booking policy carefully before making a reservation. Payment Due Date: Payment for your session is required 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Failure to make the payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your reservation. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a partial refund of up to 50% of the session cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are permitted at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are subject to a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total session cost. Rescheduled dates must fall within 90 days of the original session date to avoid additional charges. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of a cancellation, in accordance with the cancellation policy. Contact Information: Please ensure that your contact information provided during booking is accurate and up-to-date. We will use this information to communicate any updates or changes regarding your reservation. Late Arrivals: Please arrive promptly for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to accommodate other bookings. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or other unavoidable emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and accommodate your needs.
